TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

 

These Terms & Conditions govern travel planning, booking, consultation, and related services provided by Favron Vacations, LLC ("Favron Vacations," "Agency," "we," "us," or "our") and any affiliated travel advisor operating under Favron Vacations. 

By requesting quotes, making payments, authorizing bookings, or engaging our services, the client ("Client," "Traveler," "you") agrees to these Terms & Conditions. 

 

1. Agency Role 

Favron Vacations acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between clients and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, wholesalers, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and insurance providers. 

Favron Vacations does not own, operate, control, or manage third-party travel suppliers. 

All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and limitations of the applicable supplier. 

 

2. Reservation Accuracy 

Client is responsible for reviewing all quotes, confirmations, invoices, traveler names, travel dates, destinations, room categories, airline details, passport information, and booking details for accuracy. 

Names must exactly match government-issued identification used for travel. 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for costs resulting from incorrect names, dates, traveler information, or unreported errors once confirmed. 

 

3. Passports, Travel Documents, and Entry Requirements 

Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid: 

  • passports 

  • visas 

  • REAL ID compliance 

  • vaccination records 

  • testing requirements 

  • parental consent documentation 

  • destination-specific entry documentation 

  •  

Favron Vacations is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, penalties, or losses caused by insufficient documentation. 

 

4. Travel Insurance 

Favron Vacations strongly recommends travel protection for every trip. 

Clients acknowledge that travel insurance/protection has been offered. 

If Client declines travel protection, Client accepts responsibility for losses related to cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, supplier default, weather events, delays, baggage issues, or unforeseen disruptions not otherwise covered. 

A separate acceptance/decline form may be required. 

 

5. Pricing and Availability 

Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until payment is received, and booking is confirmed. 

Quoted rates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. 

Airfare, hotel inventory, cruise pricing, taxes, supplier fees, and promotional offers may change without notice. 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for supplier pricing changes beyond our control. 

 

6. Payments 

Client authorizes Favron Vacations and/or the applicable travel supplier to process authorized payments for agreed travel arrangements. 

Payment deadlines are strict and supplier-controlled in many cases. 

Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation, penalties, price increases, or loss of reservations. 

 

7. Service / Planning Fees 

Favron Vacations or affiliated advisors may charge service fees, consultation fees, planning fees, research fees, or administrative fees separate from supplier travel charges. 

Such fees may be non-refundable depending on disclosed terms. 

Client acknowledges that advisor service fees compensate for time, expertise, planning work, consultation, and research. 

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds 

Cancellation penalties are determined by suppliers and may be substantial. 

Refund eligibility depends on supplier terms, fare rules, package conditions, and timing. 

Service/planning fees paid to Favron Vacations or affiliated advisors may be non-refundable. 

Favron Vacations does not control supplier refund timelines. 

 

9. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, bankruptcy, financial default, schedule changes, cancellations, strikes, staffing shortages, delays, denied services, overbooking, equipment failures, weather impacts, or operational decisions of third-party suppliers. 

 

10. Airfare Changes 

Airlines may change schedules, seats, aircraft, departure times, routes, baggage policies, or pricing without notice. 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for airline operational changes. 

 

11. Hotel / Resort Requests 

Room requests, bed configurations, connecting rooms, views, upgrades, accessibility requests, and special accommodations are requests only, unless specifically confirmed in writing by the supplier. 

Requests are never guaranteed unless the supplier explicitly confirms them. 

 

12. Force Majeure 

Favron Vacations shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, losses, injuries, damages, or additional expenses caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

  • hurricanes 

  • severe weather 

  • pandemics 

  • disease outbreaks 

  • strikes 

  • supplier closures 

  • acts of God 

  • terrorism 

  • civil unrest 

  • war 

  • transportation disruptions 

  • government restrictions 

 

13. Health and Travel Advisories 

Client is responsible for reviewing destination health requirements, advisories, vaccine requirements, and government guidance. 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for consequences resulting from health restrictions, denied boarding, or changing entry rules. 

 

 

14. Client Conduct 

Clients are responsible for their own conduct during travel. 

Favron Vacations is not responsible for denied boarding, removal from resorts/cruises, fines, penalties, damaged property charges, legal issues, or travel interruptions caused by traveler behavior. 

 

 

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes 

Client agrees not to initiate improper credit card chargebacks for validly authorized travel arrangements, service fees, planning fees, or supplier charges. 

Chargebacks for properly disclosed and authorized transactions may be disputed with supporting documentation. 

Client remains responsible for legitimate balances owed. 

 

16. Restricted Service Jurisdictions 

Favron Vacations does not currently offer travel planning or booking services to residents of certain jurisdictions due to regulatory compliance requirements, which may include Florida, California, Washington, or other jurisdictions identified by Agency policy. 

By engaging services, Client represents that they are eligible to receive services from Favron Vacations. 

 

 

17. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Favron Vacations’ liability shall be limited to the amount of service fees actually paid directly to Favron Vacations for the affected booking. 

Favron Vacations shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or supplier-caused damages.

By using this website, requesting services, submitting inquiries, approving quotes, authorizing payment, or booking travel through Favron Vacations, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
